GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
CBD Store products ship from all over the US. Occasionally items in the same order will ship from two or more locations. If you received only part of your order, we will send you tracking information for the remainder of the items in your order when they ship.
Any order over $1,000 will require a signature at delivery.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt.
If you did not receive your selected shipping method, we will be happy to refund you the difference between the requested and the shipped method.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is in BUSINESS DAYS and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders take at least one business day to process before shipping. Some products are handcrafted and may take longer to process (such as Alternative Vape).
We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.

All of our international orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail Express International to ensure proper tracking.
Although we only ship to countries where CBD is legal, occasionally our packages get held at customs for reasons we are not privy to. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES HELD AT CUSTOMS and CANNOT REFUND you if your package was held at customs. This is also stated in the terms and conditions you agree to when you make a purchase.
